
This high mountain oolong from Taiwan leaves a honey finish on the tongue. Bao Zhong oolong tea must be grown in the Ping Ling County of Northern Taiwan and processed in a specific style. This high grown spring tea is fragrant with honey and peach pit notes. Best enjoyed when steeped in a small Yixing teapot over several infusions and, of course, in the presence of very good friends. Re-steep up to seven times.
